Aaranya Farm Hosts Jalgaon Agriculture Department for Regenerative Farming Showcase
A field visit at our Aaranya Farm by the entire department of agriculture (Jalgaon District), Govt of Maharashtra as a model farm for regenerative organic farming and natural farming as a part of government’s initiative to improve soil health and reduce use of farming pesticides and herbicides which has tremendous burden on our health care system,
We had the District agriculture office Hon. Kurban Tadavi sir who spear headed this program along with our TAO Mr. Salunke sir.
We could demonstrate benefits of No till farming, organic mulching, cover crop integration , different forms of composting, bio pest and Bio IPM practices, compost tea, importance of soil food web, utility of precision agriculture and use of IOT, ecosystem management with biodiversity were the highlights of the program .
We are moving ahead for $25 billion econmy for our district helping empowering farmers to adopt regenerative agriculture and technology to improve exports of agricultural commodities and processing which would enable sustainable growth.
Our Social Engineering
We are educating farmers on soil health and climate change by planting a tree. We along with several NGO like ‘Vithal’ have started a plantation of agro-forestary by donating 1,00,000 plants to farmers improving biodiversity of the region. This program is named after my Late father Mr. Jayendrasingh Rajput.

We have recently won a national award ‘Amit Udyan Ratna award-2022’ held at Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and technology, Kanpur in a National Conference on Climate Resilient horticulture
