I was out of Jalgaon so I tasted Custard Apple yesterday. It was amazing but i found it to be different than the local ones.

The no of seeds and the size of seeds is less, being experts i feel it is only because of regenerative farming. Plants don't have any physiological stress and regenerative farming maintains the microclimate around the plants

The flavour and taste is excellent because it's completely natural with no chemicals.

Size was big, the peel colours is bright because you maintian a proper fruit to leaves ratio.

And the fruits were very sweet and pulpy as they were naturally ripened and organic. Since they were half ripened, we could eat all of them for 2-3 days. My mother having age 85 years and being diabetic, consumed it, they were that good. Now I am awaiting for organic chillies and ginger powder which I am sure that will be equally good.
